MCFP - Servants at Heart

We could not do what we do without our amazing volunteers!

Churches bring volunteers, community members show up and Mason Bank brings volunteers and makes special donations for special distribution items at least twice per year.

Our Mission

To provide food for those in need while creating community, connection and hope.

Our Vision

A community nourished with food, friendship, compassion and respect to improve all areas of life.

Mason County Food Pantry believes in these core values:

  • Offering kindness and respect to every person involved in the MCFP, including clients, volunteers, donors and leaders.
  • Operating with integrity and stewarding well what we are given.
  • Using any and all resources available to help members of our community.
  • Communicating with open hearts and listening ears to all stakeholders within our community.
  • Being the hands and feet of Jesus and living out “loving our neighbor as yourself.”

Income Guidelines

We work in partnership with the USDA and we follow their guidelines for our recipients. Each recipient is asked to fill out registration paperwork the first time they come to the MCFP, and in January to continue to receive the distribution boxes. We are also able to give out toilet paper, sugar, flour, oil, cat or dog food.
